Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient | Chandler, TX
Location: Chandler, TX
Start Date: 10/19/2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of Outpatient Physical Therapy experience
- Texas PT License (pending license accepted)
- Epic experience required
- Interview required before offer
- First-time travelers accepted

- Average daily census: 33 patients
- Up to 2 RTO requests allowed

Travelers residing in the following Texas counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris.
Ideal Candidate: Outpatient PT with orthopedic rehabilitation experience, strong documentation skills, and proficiency in Epic.
