Role: RN Supervisor
Location: Camden, ME
Shift: 3 Pm - 11 Pm
Pay: 2800$/Week
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to oversee our nursing staff, ensure exceptional patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance within our facility. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for patient advocacy.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Staff Supervision: Manage, schedule, and evaluate daily nursing staff performance to ensure optimal unit coverage and patient care quality.
Clinical Oversight: Monitor patient care plans, assess complex medical situations, and coordinate physician orders and treatments.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, facility policies, and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA).
Staff Development: Provide mentorship, training, and ongoing education to nurses and support staff.
