• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend: Every other weekend

• Self-scheduling: Yes
• Call: Up to once per pay period; 30-minute callback requirement
• 48 hours: Approved
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Float: Yes — skills support only when L&D has no patients; no patient assignment in other units

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 3 years recent L&D experience
• Travel Experience: Required — seasoned travelers only
• Charting: Epic required
• Certifications:
  • BLS – Required
  • NRP – Required
  • CLC – Preferred
  • STABLE – Preferred

Important: This is a small critical-access hospital. The LDRP RN is expected to cover the full OB spectrum, including triage, labor, recovery, postpartum and newborn care.
