Travel RN: Clinical Supervisor, Days
Kern Medical Center | Bakersfield, CA
Formation Healthcare Staffing is hiring a travel RN Clinical Supervisor at Kern Medical Center. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical operations and recommend actions to improve department performance
- Participate in quality improvement activities
- Perform physical inventories and maintain supplies
- Input charges into an automated billing system
- Care for patients from newborn to geriatric
Requirements
- 5+ years of recent supervisor experience in an acute care facility
- 2+ years of experience in a trauma hospital
- BSN with an active, unrestricted California RN license, OR ADN with an active California RN license and a national certification in your specialty
- Current AHA BLS
- RQI Provider certification
