Nurse Manager, Cardiac Cath Lab (Temp to Perm)

Location: Morristown, NJ, 07960, US

Schedule Notes:

• Flexible start times 7a - 9a
• Must have exp. with complex medical centers/teaching institutions who ideally have experience leading cath labs and a structural heart program.
• Must have exp. managing large volume, 4 - 5 labs min.
• Must have Critical Care/High Risk Exp.
• Must have minimum 5 years of management exp.

Duties

Job Summary:

The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager to join one of the most advanced cardiovascular programs in the nation.

This is a rare opportunity to lead operations in New Jersey’s highest-volume Cath Lab, featuring: Cutting-edge interventional procedures, A robust regional cardiogenic shock program, One of the largest structural heart programs in the country, The largest electrophysiology (EP) program in the state.

Required Skills & Experience:

-Five (5) years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role.

-Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols

-Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex operations.

-Proven track record of driving innovation and improving clinical outcomes in high-volume cardiovascular settings.

Required Certifications& Licensure:

-Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
