Position Title: Physical Therapist. Base pay: $37.86 plus based on experience Shift requirements: 0800 -1700 - 40 hours per week. Certification required: BLS, valid KS PT license. Holiday Rotation: N/A Weekend Rotation: Typically every 4-5 weekendsCharting: Meditech Education; Doctor of physical therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree in physical therapy Call of policy: 2 hours before shift starts Unit overview: OP, IP, SNU Scrub Colors: Any professional scrubs Relocation allowance: Up to $2500. Receipts required for reimbursement. Sign on bonus: $1000- $5000 paid upon first pay period after employment, and $2000 paid after the completion of years 1-3 of employment.
