Key Responsibilities: 
Direct and oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Cath and EP Labs.

Ensure efficient workflow, patient throughput, and high-quality patient care.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Cath and EP staff.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations and safety standards.

Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.

Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.

Use data, benchmarking, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Partner with hospital leadership on strategic planning and cardiovascular service-line growth.

Support innovation and the implementation of advanced cardiovascular procedures and technologies.

Provide clinical leadership for the regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs.

Support the expansion and integration of new procedure rooms and services.
 

Required Qualifications: 
5+ years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization or Electrophysiology Lab setting.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience; candidates with 5+ years of management experience are strongly preferred.

Experience leading high-volume Cath Labs, ideally with 4–5+ labs.

Experience within a complex medical center, academic/teaching hospital, or similar high-acuity environment.

Strong experience with critical care and high-risk cardiovascular patients.

Experience leading or supporting a Structural Heart program preferred.

Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols.

Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex operations.

Proven experience driving quality improvement, innovation, and clinical outcomes.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 

Education & Licensure: 
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.

Master’s degree preferred.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Current BLS certification required.
