Description
RN Telemetry | Simi Valley, CA
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Schedule: 36 or 48 hours/week
- Offer: AUTO OFFER
- Charting: Epic experience REQUIRED
- Holiday RTO: Not approved
- License: Active RN license required
- BLS: Required
- ACLS: Required
- PALS: Required
- NIHSS: Required
- BSN: Preferred
- Acute-care experience: Preferred
Position Overview:
Provides coordinated nursing care for assigned patients, including assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions, patient/family education, discharge planning, delegation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
