- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Mississippi OT license or ability to obtain
- Home Health experience preferred
- Strong ADL, functional mobility, and patient-care skills
- Comfortable working independently in the home setting
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Clinician ready to move forward with the submission process
