Position : Speech and Language Pathologist.  Setting : Typically a mix of outpatient SLP, inpatient SLP, rare/occasional SNF/home health possible.  Shift : 8 Hour Days M-F, but other options such as 4-10's are possible.  Guaranteed Hours per week : 40. No Weekend or Holiday Rotation. No Floating required. No OnCall or Call Back required.  Certifications required : MN SLP license, ASHA Certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within one year of hire. Minimum experience : At least 1 year of experience in a health-related field along with technical knowledge in electronic medical records (preferably Epic).  Charting System : Epic.  Scrub Color : Any.  Annual Base Salary : $70,000 to $105,000 based on experience  About the Facility : Join RLMC Therapy &amp; Wellness, a group of 6 PTs, 3 OTs, and 2 SLPs who are very dedicated to providing high quality therapy services to our community. We provide outpatient and inpatient services here at RLMC as well as therapy services at the local school district, a local SNF, and a home health therapy as well. We are a growing department and take pride in high employee engagement. Our employees scored in the 97th percentile nationwide for employee engagement in a recent Press-Ganey survey.
