Facility Name: Cornerstone Muskogee
Discipline: OT
Number of positions needed: 1
Start date needed: ASAP
How many hours are needed per week? Approx 32hrs
Duration of Assignment: 13 weeks (or until FT position filled)
Reason for opening: Gap in filling a full-time OT position
Facility Setting? LTACH
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes, possibly Cornerstone Broken Arrow (464J)
Number of beds in your facility? Preferred experience level? 41 Beds, 2-3 years with Acute setting experience
EMR for your facility: Net Health for billing, Paper for charting
