<h3><strong>Job Overview: RN - Emergency Room (ER)</strong></h3><h3><strong>Key Qualifications &amp; Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 1–2 years of acute Emergency Department RN experience required.</li><li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Active California RN License.</li><li><strong>Certifications:</strong> AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (TNCC / ENPC preferred).</li><li><strong>EMR:</strong> Epic proficiency required.</li></ul><h3><strong>Core Responsibilities &amp; Clinical Skills</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Triage &amp; Emergency Care:</strong> Assess, triage, and stabilize emergency department patients across all age groups and acuity levels.</li><li><strong>Acute Interventions:</strong> Perform rapid patient assessments, initiate emergency protocols, administer medications/IV infusions, and trauma care.</li><li><strong>Collaboration &amp; Monitoring:</strong> Continuous cardiac/hemodynamic monitoring; partner with emergency physicians and trauma teams during critical resuscitations.</li></ul>
