Description

LPN — LTC/SNF

EMR: PCC
Shift: 8.25 hours (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Weekend: Every other weekend
Holiday: Required as scheduled
Call: None

Requirements

LPN license
BLS certification
1 year of LTC experience within the last 3 years
Prior PCC experience preferred/required; minimal training provided
Experience measuring wounds

Patient Population: LTC, skilled, rehab, dementia, and hospice residents (18+). Two dedicated hospice rooms. No ventilators.

Key Duties: Medication and treatment administration, glucose checks/insulin, IV antibiotics/Lasix/Bumex, TPN, tube feedings, wound care and measurements, lab draws, catheter and trach care, assessments, vitals, oxygen management, ADL assistance, and documentation.
