Travel RN – Telemetry (Acute Care)
Location: St. Joseph Hospital — Nashua, NH 03060
Shift: Days — 7:00a–7:00p
Hours: 36 hrs/week
Contract: 13 weeks | Start: Oct 19, 2026 | End: Jan 18, 2027
Openings: 2
Weekly Gross: $2,109–$2,343/week
Requirements:
- Active NH RN license
- BLS + ACLS
- 2–3 years recent Telemetry experience
- Comfortable interpreting tele strips / identifying rhythm changes
- Interview required
Role highlights:
- Provide direct patient care and maintain clinical documentation/care plans
- Monitor telemetry, recognize abnormal rhythms, and escalate appropriately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (shift report, rounding)
