Registered Nurse – Operating Room | West Main OR | Nights

Location: Boston, MA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 10/26/2026
Shift: 12H Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Weekly Gross: $3,413/week
Base Rate: $35.50/hr + $2,135 weekly stipend

Must Have:

• Must Have 3-5 Years of Operating Room experience
• RN license – MA
• Flu vaccine required prior to acceptance
• BLS, ACLS required
• Kidney transplant experience
• Neuro experience
• Spine experience
• Orthopedic trauma experience
• Robotics experience
• Transplant, trauma, and neuro experience required
• Scrub and/or circulate experience
• General surgery, robotics, transplant, ortho, neuro, spine, ENT, GYN, Urology, trauma, and organ procurement experience preferred/required based on case mix

Position Details:

• West Main OR has 10 operating rooms
• Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery
• No call requirement for night shift
• Weekend rotation and holidays may be required
• Any holiday occurring during the contract may be scheduled
• Weekly orientation, typically Mondays
• ASAP starts accepted; approximately 4 weeks needed for compliance
• NM interview and offer
• Interview availability must be provided at submission
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of submission

• No local travelers; candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
