**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH C-SECTIONS AND MUST HAVE COMPUTER CHARTING EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY CERNER**
Unit: Labor and Delivery
# beds: 18 LDRP’s, 14 bed OB triage, 8 bed Antepartum
Average deliveries: 8-10/day; 322-344/month; 3863/year
# OR suites on the unit for C-sections: 2 fully equipped ORs
Certs: ACLS, BLS and NRP
Ratios: Unit attempts to follow AWHONN guidelines & ratios and are staffing up to meet the AWHONN standards, but at this time it is not everyday. But assignments are safe. Nurse to pt ratios are mostly 2:1 depending on acuity, AntePartum can be 4:1, c-sections 1:1

EFM System: Fetal LInk
Charge Nurse: I have 13 charge nurses
Nurse Aides: No
Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per schedule
Call or standby required?: No, it is voluntary
Holidays: Would love coverage on Holiday’s if you require it
