Hours: 48 hours/week (36 hours can be accommodated if preferred)
Contract: 91 weeks
Rate: $88/hr
On-Call: No
Weekends: Every other or every 3rd weekend, depending on staffing/census
Holiday: Required to work 1–2 of 3 upcoming holidays unless the unit is closed
Orientation: 11/9, 11/23, 12/7, or 12/21
Local Radius: No locals; candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license

Required

• Minimum 24 months of Med Surg / Med Surg Tele experience
• At least 1 completed travel contract within the previous 18 months
• Experience caring for a variety of Med Surg patient types
• EPIC experience
• Heparin experience
• Telemetry/cardiac skills
• Recent Charge or Preceptor experience
• AHA/ARC BLS
• Active Iowa or Compact/Multistate RN license at submission
• Specialty-specific Skills Checklist
• Driver's license
• Professional reference/performance evaluation from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months
