Description

Med-Surg RN Responsibilities:-
Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs, pain levels, and changes in condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other treatments as ordered.
Manage and monitor IV lines, central lines, drains, catheters, and other medical devices.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative care.
Monitor patients for complications and promptly notify the provider of significant changes.
