Description
ER/Med Surg RN
Location: Sundance, GA
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour Night Shifts
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Hours: 36 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to patients.
- Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Accurately document patient care using Cerner.
- Respond appropriately to changing patient conditions and emergencies.
- Float between the ER and Acute Care departments as required.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to both ER and Acute Care environments.
- Ability to float between departments as required.
