🏥 Travel Psychiatric RN
📍 Location: Bellows Falls, VT
⏳ Contract: 13 weeks
💰 Weekly Pay: $2,500/week gross
🕐 Shift Details
Night Shift
5 × 8-hour shifts
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
36 hours/week
📋 Requirements
- BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.
- 2+ years of CURRENT psych experience [required]
- CURRENT PHLEBOTOMY EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]! Traveler will need to perform blood draws
- ACLS and CPI Strongly Preferred
- Travel experience [preferred]
- Small critical access facility experience [preferred]
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Traveler perm address must be included in profile
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

- Work History
- Skills Checklist RN/Psychiatry, current to 1 year [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Skills Checklist Phlebotomy, current to 1 year [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Current Vermont RN license - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
