Description
RN – Inpatient Rehab | Ohio
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed | Every 3rd Weekend
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of Inpatient Rehabilitation RN experience
- Ohio RN License (or Compact License) – Active
- BLS (AHA) required
- Must float to all units within skill level
- EMR experience required
- Strong customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide patient and family education
- Assist with discharge planning
- Supervise and support LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries
- Participate in on-call requirements as needed

- BLS Certification
- Active Ohio/Compact RN License
Ideal Candidate: Experienced Inpatient Rehab RN with strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills who is comfortable floating and working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting.
