Description
RN ICU/Intermediate Care (Auto Offer)
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Start: 10/26/2026
Duration: 16 weeks
Shift: Days | 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
Guaranteed: 36 or 48 hrs/week
Requirements:
- 2+ years RN experience
- Strong ICU/PCU/IMC/Stepdown experience required
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
- Arterial line experience
- Strong vasoactive/cardiac drip titration experience
- Telemetry & dysrhythmia interpretation/management
- Conscious sedation experience
- Central/PICC/peripheral line management
- Blood products, IV insulin & heparin protocols
- Chest tubes, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC & trach management
- Epic experience preferred
- 1st-time travelers accepted
Additional:
- 1:3-4 ratios
- Float to sister ICCU as needed
- Every other weekend
- No block scheduling
- Call required, but no on call
- Must pass EKG testing before start
- Hospital orientation during week 1; must be available for classes each day
- Navy/White scrubs
- COVID vaccine not required
- Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions accepted
- RTO: 7 days maximum
- RTO after booking is not allowed
