Physical Therapist (PT) – Rochester Manor

Schedule

Shift: Days
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Days: Monday – Friday

Requirements

Active PT License – Required
BLS Certification – Required
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience – Required
Strong patient assessment and clinical documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
