Description
Clinical Pharmacist – Disease Specialist (HIV/Hep C)
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Start Date: 10/20/2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Requirements:
- PharmD or equivalent from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- 2-year ASHP residency in HIV – Required
- 5 years of direct HIV patient-care experience with medication management – Required
- Active Texas Pharmacist license or eligible for Texas licensure
- BLS – Required
- Experience with HIV and/or Hepatitis pharmacotherapy
- Strong clinical/medication management experience
