Submission Requirements
- 3 years of ICU/CCU experience - [REQUIRED]
- Minimum 5 years RN experience - [REQUIRED]
- Must be willing to float to Med Surg/Tele when needed - [REQUIRED]
- EPIC EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED] - PLEASE NOTE EXPERIENCE/PROFICIENCY ON PROFILE!
- Travel experience - [REQUIRED]
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle - [REQUIRED]
- MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs - [REQUIRED]
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Resume
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1-2 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS and ACLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process. Travelers from the following counties in New York or within 50 miles from Glens Falls will be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls at a $60/hr on W2.
