Description
Role
PICU RN position with the flexibility to float to NICU and to ED patient holds when needed.
Requirements
- 24 months of current PICU/Pediatric Intensive Care experience
- Willing to float to NICU and ED patient holds
- Epic EMR experience
- Active PALS (AHA)
- Active BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Active Iowa RN license or compact/multistate at time of submission
Highly Preferred
- Equipment experience: vents and high flow
- Equipment experience: Alaris IV pumps and feeding pumps
- Professional reference or performance evaluation within the last 24 months (charge nurse, supervisor, manager, director, CNO, or COO)
Profile Must Include
- Work history showing 24 months of current PICU experience
- PICU-specific skills checklist
- Active license, PALS, and BLS documents
- Driver's license
