Weekend: Must be willing to cover some weekends
Holiday: Must work 1 of 3 major holidays — Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's
Float: Yes; very unlikely to other Swedish hospitals
Charting: Epic
Orientation: 40 hours non-billable
Travel Experience: Not required
First-Time Travelers: Accepted

✅ Requirements

2+ years of Social Work experience
MSW required
LMSW preferred
BLS certification
Epic experience required
Hospital experience required
Acute Care / Med-Surg experience is mandatory
Acute inpatient Medical Social Worker experience
