Description

Massachusetts licensed IBCLC or CLC RNs needed for a Massachusetts strike. The pay rate is $100/hour and we cover travel, housing, and transportation to/from work. This is an indefinite (no set end date) strike, preference will be given to RNs who can commit to the maximum amount of time on-site; however, the minimum commitment requirement is 18 days.

 

Unit Details: RN must have experience with lactation support to postpartum patient in postpartum unit & NICU. RN must be able to assist and educate patients to express breast milk with breast pump. RN must be able to educate patient on all breastfeeding concepts including assistive devices such as nipple shields, syringe finger feedings, spoon feeding, milk fortification, and cleft lip/palate feeding interventions. RN must be competent with all Baby Friendly concepts.
