Description

RN – GI/Endoscopy | Lynnwood, WA

Job Details

Location: Lynnwood, Washington
Start Date: October 26, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Shift Length: 10 hours
Hours: 40 hours scheduled per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4×10-hour shifts
Start Time: Variable between 6:30 AM–7:30 AM
Weekends/Call: None

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of GI/Endoscopy RN experience
BLS and ACLS required
At least 2 years of moderate sedation administration experience
Moderate sedation experience should be within the last 6 months
Telemetry monitoring proficiency
IV start experience
Must be comfortable with pre-procedure assessment, intra-procedure sedation, and post-procedure recovery

Unit Details

GI/Endoscopy
Common procedures include EGD, colonoscopy, and flexible sigmoidoscopy
Approximately 4 RNs scheduled per procedure day
Up to 15 patients per day
3-lead EKG monitoring required during procedures
GI experience is the primary skill set needed
Outpatient urology and pain management procedures are also performed

Additional Information

EPIC charting system
Procedural scrubs provided
General ambulatory orientation followed by unit preceptorship
No weeknight, weekend, or holiday call
Traveler may occasionally be asked to assist at Bellevue or Seattle locations during significant call-outs
If the traveler can only assist with GI procedures, Wednesdays will be off
