Description

HIGHLIGHTS:

Experience Requirement: Oncology or Infusion nursing

Experience Preferred: The position would be in our treatment area.
Familiarity with accessing ports, starting IV s and hanging IV medications would be helpful but not required.

License/ Certification Requirement: KS or Compact Lic & BLS IN HAND

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Client Specific Notes: Special Audit Notes: 2 STEP TB or Blood Draw within 12 months is required, Hep B/Varicella/MMR have to be immunizations records OR titer must have been completed in the past 12 months, TDAP is required as well

Ori Schedule: Every Monday Day shift Expect 12hrs starting in HR and move to on floor training
