Description
Med-Surg / Oncology RN – Sioux City
- Shift: Days, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; 36 hrs/week guaranteed
- Weekend: Every 3rd weekend
- EMR: Epic – Required
- Experience: 2+ years Med-Surg and/or Oncology required
- Preferred: High-acuity care and prior travel experience
- Floating: Required; may float within the same discipline across local campuses
- Unit: Orthopedic, Urology, General Surgery, Oncology, and Medical patients
- Required Skills: Heparin, PCA, and epidural drips; chemo if certified
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (NIHSS can be obtained during onboarding)
- License: Iowa RN license
- Trauma: Level III Trauma Center
- Call: No call
- Radius Rule: No locals – must be 50+ miles from the facility based on driver’s license
- Scrubs: Navy Blue
First-Time Traveler: Accepted
