POSITION: MED SURG / TELE RN
LOCATION: SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA

Shift: 12H Days | 3 × 12 hr shifts | 36 hrs/week
Rate: $100/hr
Contract: 13–26 Weeks | 36 or 48 Hours/Week (48 Hours Preferred)
Shift: 12 D

Requirements:

BLS required
ACLS required
SD or Compact License – IN HAND
Every other weekend and holiday REQUIRED
Flu Documentation REQUIRED
No Personal/Medical Flu Declinations
Religious Flu Declinations will be reviewed by Avera Health
NO PRIOR AVERA OR SANFORD PERM EMPLOYEES MAY SUBMIT

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
