Description
Job Description
Provide direct patient care to Telemetry/Med-Surg patients, including assessments, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, and care planning. Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, recognize changes in patient condition, collaborate with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while following patient safety and infection-control standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty
ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS
Weekend Requirement: 4 shifts out of 4 week schedule.
Weekend shifts for nights are Fri/Sat & Sat Sun for days
