Facility: Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital
Location: Somerset, KY
Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Nights)
Hours: 36 hours/week
Positions: 1
Contract: Travel
Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
Travel Requirement: Must live 60+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate

295-bed acute care hospital
Serves an 11-county area in south-central Kentucky
Cardiac care and advanced neurosurgery services
Spine Center accredited
1,200+ healthcare professionals and support staff
170+ physicians across 38 specialties

Requirements:

All required certifications must be active before start
Additional certifications may be required by the facility
Must meet the latest LPNT checklist requirements
Must meet the 60-mile travel radius
