Description

Med-Surge/Tele RN responsibilities:-

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients with diverse acute and chronic conditions.
Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in patients’ conditions.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry readings; promptly identify and report abnormal rhythms or significant changes.
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other treatments safely according to physician orders.

Documents Required :-

AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
