We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Long-Term Care team in Charlottesville, Virginia. Position Highlights

• Full-time hours: 40-48 hours per week
• Competitive weekly pay: $2,000-$2,240

  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LPN License in good standing.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
