We are seeking an experienced Case Manager / Utilization Review (UR) Professional for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals with strong care coordination, discharge planning, utilization review, and patient advocacy experience.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year of recent Case Management and/or Utilization Review experience
✅ Active professional license as required by state and facility guidelines
✅ BLS Certification
✅ PRI (Patient Review Instrument) Certification
✅ SCREEN Training Certification

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct utilization reviews and assess medical necessity
Coordinate patient care plans and discharge planning
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with payer, facility, and regulatory requirements
Facilitate appropriate resource utilization and patient transitions
