Description
Schedule
- 5x8 Days
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- Guaranteed: 72 hours per 2 weeks
- 40 hours of orientation
- Must work 3 of 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Acute Care experience – REQUIRED
- Previous travel experience – REQUIRED
- Discharge Planning / Care Coordination experience – REQUIRED
- Epic experience – REQUIRED
- Strong preference for diverse Case Management experience:
- Med-Surg
- LLOS
- ED
- Short-Term Acute Care Inpatient Medical Social Work experience
License / Certifications
- Washington license must be in hand
- Accepted licenses include:
- LICSW
- LSWAIC
- LASW
- LSWAA
- BLS required
- LCSW/LMSW accepted with Master's Degree
