Responsibilities

Provide direct psychiatric/behavioral health nursing care in an inpatient setting
Complete patient assessments, monitor status changes, and document care accurately
Administer medications and support therapeutic treatment plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient safety and outcomes
Support unit flow and coordinate care needs during the night shift

Requirements

Active RN license (ME or compact-eligible if applicable)
2 years of recent psych/behavioral health nursing experience (per order requirements)
BLS/ACLS (as required by facility)
Professional communication and strong teamwork skills
