<h3>LPN/LVN – ER / Med Surg / Swing Bed</h3>Schedule<ul><li>12-hour shifts</li><li>Days: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM</li><li>Nights: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM</li><li>EOW (every other weekend)</li><li>Days and nights as needed</li><li>First to float</li><li>Guaranteed 36 hrs/week</li><li>No call/standby</li><li>Block scheduling possible if requested</li></ul>Required Experience<ul><li>2 years experience</li><li>EPIC experience</li><li>Must be able to support ER / Med Surg</li><li>Geriatric/dementia care, stroke, skin care</li><li>IV medications, fluids/blood administration</li><li>Initial trauma care and chronic illness management</li></ul>Required Certifications<ul><li>BLS</li><li>ACLS</li><li>PALS</li><li>TNCC</li></ul>Other important requirements<ul><li>License must be in hand for submission</li><li>50-mile radius rule</li><li>Cannot be currently full-time, part-time, or PRN with any Common Spirit/CHI/Dignity facility</li><li>Epic</li></ul>
