Description

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) – Travel Contract

Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 5×8 Hours
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Minimum Experience: 1 Year
Patient Population: Infant to Geriatric

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) for a 13-week contract. Candidates with acute care/hospital experience are strongly preferred.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 1 year of Dietitian experience
Acute care/hospital experience strongly preferred
BLS certification
RD/RDN certification
Experience with:
- Calorie counts
- Enteral nutrition
- TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition)
- Food-drug interactions
- Developing individualized nutrition plans and treatments
- Patient nutrition counseling and education
Ability to work with patients ranging from infants to geriatrics

Requirements

Active RD/RDN credential
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical nutrition and assessment skills
Ability to develop and implement appropriate nutrition care plans
