Requirements

• 1+ year Respiratory Therapist experience
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• NBRC certification required
• Active Massachusetts RRT license
• Acute care experience required
• AHA BLS required
• NRP preferred

Required Skills/Experience

• Airway management
• Ventilator management
• Blood gas draws
• Blood gas analysis and interpretation
• Intubation experience
• Ability to work independently
• EPIC preferred
• Meditech used for receiving blood gas orders; experience not required

Schedule

• Rotating 12-hour shifts
• Primarily nights with some evening rotation
• 36 guaranteed hours/week
• Rotating weekends
• Rotating holidays
• On-call required
• No block scheduling
• Every other major holiday

Contract

• 11/16/2026–2/13/2027
• Locals within 50 miles accepted at local rate
