- Clinical Pharmacist (1 year)
Description
- State License: Active Ohio (OH) pharmacist license required
- Shift: Evening shift
- 4×10-hour shifts or 5×8-hour shifts
- Training will be conducted on the day shift
- Contract: 13 weeks, with potential for extension
- Interview: In-person preferred; video interview possible
- Experience: 3+ years of hospital pharmacist experience, preferably in a large medical center
- EMR: Epic experience required
- Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Sterile compounding and oversight/checking
- Order verification
- Checking sterile products
- Medication dose checking
- Pyxis management/checking
- Answering clinical questions from patients and physicians
- IV room experience
- ECMO experience
- CRRT experience
- Clinical consultations
- Antibiotic dosing
- Other hospital pharmacy clinical and operational responsibilities
