Years of experience REQ: 2
Weekend REQ: Rotating weekend work shifts as determined by the department.
Certs REQ: BLS
On-call REQ -- 1-2 weekdays per week & 2 weekends per 13 weeks
Regular floating may be required between departments, units and facilities as needed.
Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
Special Requirements: Must have general OR and trauma experience
