Address: 501 E Hampden Ave, Englewood, CO 80113
Unit: Neuro CCU/ICU – 18 Beds
Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | 12H Nights
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Openings: 1

Unit Details:

Patient Ratio: 1:2
Day/Night: 1 CNC/Charge RN, 9 RNs, 1 PCT
EHR: Meditech
Equipment: Cardiac monitoring, ventilators, IV pumps, tube-feed pumps, EVDs/LDs/BOLTs, continuous EEG, lumbar drains, Arctic Sun, Licox

Requirements:

1+ year current ICU experience – REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS & NIHSS – REQUIRED
Neuro population experience preferred
Experience with critical/neuro patients
Intubations
Central line placement
EVD/LD placement
Licox catheter placement

Preferred Candidate: Collaborative team player with strong neuro/ICU experience.
