<p>Hi! I have an MRI Technologist contract opportunity starting 10/26/2026 at a 166-bed community hospital in New York. This is a 13-week contract working 40 hours per week, with a 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift, every other weekend and holidays required. The MRI Tech will perform diagnostic MRI scans using a GE 1.5T Artist machine in outpatient, inpatient, and ED settings, with charting completed in Epic.</p><p>Candidates must have an NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License, NYS Injection/IV Certification, ARRT R.T. (R)(MR) certification, and BLS. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiology is required, and at least one year of MRI experience is preferred. The interview process moves very quickly, with candidates often receiving a call or text to schedule an interview shortly after being submitted. Scrub color is flexible, orientation is completed through HealthStream, and timekeeping is done through Liquid Compass.
