Travel X-Ray Technologist — Surgery | Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Estimated weekly gross: $2,389.80–$2,684.80
Start date: October 12, 2026
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, Friday–Monday, 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Call: One call shift per month
Openings: 1
Position Overview:
Dedicated surgical X-ray role providing fluoroscopic imaging during operative and image-guided procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Operate X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment, optimize images, and follow radiation safety practices.
• Assist providers with image-guided procedures while maintaining sterile fields.
• Prepare and position patients, monitor vital signs, and administer contrast within scope and facility protocols.
• Document procedures, transfer images, and complete quality checks.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide safe, accurate imaging.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited imaging/radiology program or qualifying JRCERT-accredited military program.
• Current American Heart Association BLS.
• ARRT certification and experience requirements for this travel assignment must be confirmed before submission.
• Knowledge of fluoroscopy, surgical sterile technique, patient positioning, and radiation safety.
