Description

Education:

Required Education:
-Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD.

 

Required Certifications& Licensure:
-Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio.

 

Experience: 3+ years of hospital pharmacist experience (large, academic hospital experience), Epic experience 

 

Additional Skills: familiar with sterile compounding (overseeing/checking), order verification, checking sterile products, checking dose meds, checking Pyxis, fielding questions from patients/doctors, IV room, Ecmo, CRRT, consults, antibiotic dosing, etc.
