Description
- Ohio pharmacist license: Must already have an active OH state license in hand.
- Schedule: Evening shift; either 4×10-hour shifts or 5×8-hour shifts.
- Training: Training will be conducted on the day shift.
- Contract: 13 weeks, with potential for extension.
- Interview: In-person preferred; video interview may be available.
- Experience: 3+ years of hospital pharmacist experience, preferably in a large academic/teaching hospital.
- EMR: Epic experience required.
- Clinical/operational experience:
- Sterile compounding oversight/checking
- Order verification
- Checking sterile products and medications
- Pyxis
- IV room
- ECMO
- CRRT
- Antibiotic dosing
- Pharmacist consults
- Answering questions from physicians and patients
- General inpatient clinical pharmacy responsibilities
