About

Ogden is just 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, but it offers an entirely different world, with much of it covered by the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Enjoy the fresh air and lots of open space, with 100s of miles of hiking and biking trails. The rivers teem with trout, while the area's reservoirs, popular for paddling and fishing, are inhabited by everything from walleye and crappie to bluegill and bass. You can reach three world-class ski resorts within 20 minutes of downtown, providing epic slopes with 450 inches of powder every winter. The city hosts multiple museums, like the Hill Aerospace Museum and the Utah State Railroad Museum, along with a vibrant art and culture scene that includes galleries, murals, performance venues and festivals. You'll also find plenty of breweries, distilleries and restaurants to satisfy just about any palette.
